The exterior lacks proper maintenance!!! Consistent issues with delayed housekeeping services need addressing, as well as a thorough update of the outdated decor throughout the hotel!!!

The location is fantastic with easy access to a grocery store and nearby restaurants. The staff is accommodating, ensuring a pleasant stay.

Unfortunately, the cleanliness was inconsistent with reports of unpleasant odors and pest issues in some rooms.

We had a fun time exploring the nearby outlet shopping and enjoyed relaxing after a busy day. The room was clean and perfect for our large family, especially with the two queen beds. The great location made it easy to check out local attractions, too.

My kids wished for longer breakfast hours, especially on vacation.

the best western was perfectly located near the wedding venue we attended. our queen room was spacious and had great amenities like a microwave and refrigerator. we also enjoyed the outdoor pool and spa tub, which were nice touches for relaxation.

The breakfast ended too early for my liking, especially when I wanted to sleep in. Also, the floor plan had a bit of an odd layout that made navigating from the parking lot to my room a bit of a hassle. Overall, I’d consider coming back without a doubt.

The Queen Room with Two Queen Beds was super clean and spacious. The beds were comfy, making for a good night’s sleep. I loved the little details like the fridge and microwave which were so handy for snacks. Plus, the shower had a great shower head! It felt really modern and inviting, especially with the hardwood floors.
